Family owned and operated since inception in 1979, Lisi
Mechanical was founded by Mr. Bruno and Robert Lisi. The
company launched in a small home office with a single company
vehicle. It’s first plumbing contract, a beauty salon. Lisi
Mechanical was officially in business.
Today, the company employs over 200 professionals, has
delivered on hundreds of contracts and provides plumbing,
heating and fire protection contractual services to some of
Canada’s greatest residential developments; from community
subdivisions to award wining, metropolitan high-rise
condominiums.
Some of the company’s notable milestones include:
1979 – Lisi Mechanical
launches from the basement office of Mr. Bruno Lisi’s home.
The
company vehicle, Mr. Robert Lisi’s Lime green van with
matching lime green shag rug.
1980 – North York, ON
office opened. A 1500 sq/f industrial complex located at Keele
St. &
Steeles Ave.
1983 – Concord, ON office
opened. A 4000 sq/f unit located at Hwy 7 & Keele St.
1986 – Mario Ceccanese
signed on, and is now our senior project manager and
estimator.
1990 – Woodbridge, ON
office opened. A 7000 sq/f facility located at Hwy 7 & Martin
Grove Rd.
1999 – Pat Lisi on board
fulltime; purchasing and project coordinating.
2000 – Rob Jr on board
fulltime; project management and estimates.
2002 – Airport office
opened. Our current 15,000 sq/f residence located at 160 Disco
Road,
Etobicoke, ON Canada, M9W 1M4.
2003 – Opened 24 hour
service division. Joe Ciampaglia appointed as service
director.
2005 – Headquarter
renovation and expansion. A major efficiency/functionality
based overhaul
including a second level to our current operating office.
2006 – Professional-class
web presence developed and deployed. An extension of the brick
and
mortar Lisi Mechanical business.
2007 – Vancouver Office officialy opened.
